You may have been fighting in your spiritual walk lately, and yes, you do love God but because of the weight you have been carrying and what’s going on around you, it has cost you to become stagnated, putting you in a place of stillness. God says that His hand is upon your life and the enemy has painted a false picture to make you feel as if there’s no hope in serving Him but God says to tell you that he is hope!
You are at the end of your rope and you are at a place where you’re about to give up on God and your walk. I hear the Lord says to tell you to strengthen the thing that remains, DON’T LET GO,DON’T GIVE UP, The journey is not easy and the enemy is coming up against you on every side the fight is getting more instance, you are at a breaking point in your life, but we must strengthen the things that remains. You might ask, God how? When I have nothing but God says that you have life and as long as you have life there is hope and as you have hope you’ve got Me.
God says with everything in you pour out a worship before him because he will use your life and your story. Do you know why the enemy is coming at you , trying to destroy your name, character and take your strength and faith in God? It’s Because he knows that God has chosen you, appointed you, and ordained and is about to bless you,He knows that once you don’t fulfill purpose in God he [the enemy] wins.
Many people that’s tied up in you will begin to die or get lost even down to your family and those connected to you, and that is why the enemy is coming up against you and knocking you on every side, because he doesn’t want you to cross over and to do what God has called you to do. Strengthen the things that remains, don’t let go- hope is in God, don’t let go put your strength in God. God is saying that He is with you. The reason why the enemy is rising up against you so fiercely is because you are right there to your VICTORY and as long as you lose focus you can’t crossover. You will begin to miss God in this season if you lose focus that’s why the enemy is coming against you on every side because he doesn’t want you to get what God has for you. The lord said to me to let my people know that I’m bringing the four R’s to them in this season. Wherever the R meets you today i need you to grab hold of it.
The first thing God said to me is I’m about to bring a refreshing back to the life of my people and to the body of Christ. He said I’m about to bring my people into a place of renewing and renewal. God said the things that was of old shall no longer be but he’s bringing you back to a place of renewal where you would begin to experience restoration which is the third word. You would begin to experience restoration in your life but God says we must get to a place of renewal in order to walk into restoration and in order to walk into renewal we have to get to a place of refreshing. So I came to tell you today that God says I’m bringing my people to a place of refreshing. As God would begin to purify you, you have to be open for God’s will to be done in your life. We must get to a place where we desire change and deliverance to feel the presence of God on us. God says in order for there to be a refreshing we must come to a place where we want deliverance and healing. As you would begin to walk in refreshing and accept what God wants to do in your life and submit to what God wants to do in your life, then you and God can make a new commitment and you would begin to walk in renewal and understand that the things that was of the old covenant was broken. Those things that were dying, God would bring it back to renewal. Even in a marriage when a husband and wife would go through an experience maybe even separation and they would decide to come back together and say let’s renew our vows, because the covenant of the marriage was broken. I used that as example because that’s what happened to so many of us, our covenant with God was broken and destroyed. No longer are many of us walking in covenant with God, no longer does many of us have a relationship with God and that is why God is saying we must now go to a place of refreshing in order to walk in renewal. In order to understand what God is doing in our lives the old must no longer be. I said to my team because I am so willing I used that as an example because that’s what has happened to so many of us , our covenant with God was broken and destroyed. No longer are many of us walking in covenant with God, no longer do many of us have a relationship with God and that is why God is saying we must now go to a place of refreshing in order to walk in renewal. In order to understand what God is doing in our lives the old must no longer be. I said to my team because I am so willing to see change in my life I am willing to let go the things that is hindering or that would want to hinder what God wants to do in my life. In order to walk In renewal you must get rid of the thing that’s contaminating you. You must get rid of the thing that’s (bothering?) you. You must get rid of the thing that’s destroying you. You can not hold on to something that’s destroying you, you must let it go so that covenant can be restored. God is saying he wants to bring us to a place of renewal where no longer we are walking in the things that so easily beset us. No longer are we walking in sin but we are walking into a new place. I came to tell you and I that we can’t see the heart of God move in our lives the way that we want to if we are in a place of contamination.
God wants to renew and bring us to a place of renewal because he wants to bring us to a place of restoration the place where you can be made whole again, where all things are past away and behold all things become new. The things that you desired before, when you come to a place of renewal and restoration you would not hunger anymore, you would not thirst anymore, you would not desire it anymore because you understand that you walked into a place of refreshing.
After you finish then you go to a place of renewal, you recommit to the thing what God is calling you to. After you would walk in the place of Restoration, the place where everything would begin to be restored and renewed. I don’t care what’s going on around you or how the enemy is fighting, God wants to bring you to a place of restoration. I understand it’s painful but can I tell you let God refresh you, there is power, healing, deliverance and salvation in the name of Jesus. Once you lean, depend and trust in him you can’t fail. Let God renew you today because as God renews you he will begin to open your blind eyes and I’m not talking about being physically blind but I’m talking about being spiritually blind where you can’t see the things God wants you to see. Let God open your ear gates where you not hear the voice of man but where you begin to hear the voice of God, so that he can order your steps and take you into the right direction and direct you to the right people.
God says to strengthen the thing which remains. A lot of us are at a place where we’re physically and spiritually tired, weighed down by the fight of the enemy, weighed down by the cares of this world. There has been an attack where the enemy is trying to knock you and I out of the ballpark and when he does that he knows that he wins, but can I tell you and I today that God says strengthen the thing that remains.
The very thing that you got ,if it’s just your praise strengthen your praise, if it’s just your worship strengthen your worship; if it’s just the our father prayer strengthen it, strength the thing which remains because the enemy doesn’t want to see you succeed.
Can I tell you and I that we can’t survive this journey without God and even in being in God we must mean God whole heartedly and want God more than we want anything else because God is the winner man. I don’t care how the enemy makes it seem or how he makes it look , God is the winner man. We can go all over the world and do whatever we want , we would still have to resort back to God because He’s the beginning and the end, the first and the last. It’s all well and good to have the house , the car and money but having all of that and we still don’t have God profits us nothing.
Having all of that and still don’t have a relationship with God profits us nothing. Many of us are grafted after the things of the flesh more than we are grafted after the things of the spirit and that’s why so many of us are failing and falling apart because we want the things of the world more than we want God. When I say the things of the world, once we have the house, car and money we feel like we’re happy we feel like we have everything but can you imagine having all of that and at the end of the day death is to knock on our door and we die and carry nothing with us but the one thing we didn’t go after was our soul salvation?
We need the money yes we do we need the car and house yes we do because I need it too but having all of that and not having God it still means we have nothing because when we die we can’t take it with us, Strengthen the thing that remains. The enemy is trying to kidnap whatever is inside of you so strengthen the thing that remains, and go after God whole heartedly. I’m not telling you that it’s going to be easy, you will fall sometimes because you are a mere man, we where born in flesh so there’s expectancy for failure but strengthen the thing that remains.
Rise up and walk. Don’t allow the enemy to keep you in a trapped place or in a trapped position because if he keeps you there you and I will miss God and this ain’t the season for you and I to miss God. Strengthen the thing that remains, go after God go after Jehovah because we need him, the doctor can’t fix it the lawyer can’t fix it your husband or wife can’t fix it the children can’t fix it but there is a man who can fix it and bring it together his name is Jesus, the son of the living God. Everything will fail the arms of flesh will fail but God will never fail so I’m telling you today God says that he will fix it, strengthen the thing that remain because that’s where your victory lies.
You might say God I’m not the best prayer warrior but maybe you’re the best worshiper, you might say, ” God I don’t understand what it is to worship” but maybe all you have inside of you is a sound, strengthen the thing that remains. You might say “God all I have inside of me is a cry” , strengthen the thing that remains. The reason the enemy is trying to knock you out of the ballpark is because he know that God wants to use your life to save a generation. The enemy understands that you are next in line and God wants to use your life and that’s why he’s trying to make it seem like serving God is in vain but I come to tell you to strengthen the thing which remains. It doesn’t matter what you’re seeing or hearing out there all you do is go after God seek him while you can find him, seek him now. God wants to restore your life he wants to restore your relationship with Him . He wants to restore your position in him. You might feel because you got angry with God , you got angry with your situation that you are unfit and unworthy but God is saying “Come unto me.” He wants to give you rest today. I speak strength over you now I bind the spirit of depression and anxiety. May you begin to strengthen the thing which remains and get back to that place in God where you once were in Jesus name.
